Kettleby Borough Council Public notice
Roadworks on Kettle Street
- NewRoadworks on Kettle Street: Kettleby Water are booked in to dig up the road for a week. The road’s shut, the buses go round on a diversion, the lads have their tea breaks, and the whole street has something to say about it.
- FixedFixed: people out walking could shove a van or bus they bumped into, and could push the Swift Parcels van up onto the depot fence, stuck. They stop and wait for it now, or turn round, and nothing can push a van through a fence.
- NewVan or bus stuck somewhere? You can clock off at the office without bringing it back: leave it where it is and the depot sends someone to fetch it, for a bit out of your pay.
